Friday

Morning

Arrival in Turin / Malpensa

Your journey into the heart of Piedmont begins the moment you touch down, with the rolling hills of the Langhe waiting just beyond the horizon.

Morning

Independent Car Rental or Private Driver

Travel in complete freedom and comfort, whether behind the wheel or chauffeured, as you make your way through vineyard-lined roads toward one of Italy's most celebrated wine regions. (From €500/day, all inclusive.)

Afternoon

Visit to Amaltea — Pascoli di Amaltea

Tucked into the wooded hills of Alta Langa in Mombarcaro, this organic family-run farm invites you into a world where sheep and goats graze freely and cheese is still made by hand from raw milk, following the natural rhythm of the seasons. A guided visit through the stables and dairy reveals the quiet dedication behind every wheel of cheese, culminating in a tasting of their prized raw-milk creations — an authentic, unhurried encounter with the true taste of Alta Langa.

Afternoon

Visit to Poderi Luigi Einaudi

Founded in 1897 by Luigi Einaudi — later the first President of the Italian Republic — this historic estate in Dogliani has spent over 125 years crafting Barolo, Barbaresco and Dogliani DOCG with elegance and a deep respect for the land. Now guided by the fourth generation of the family, the winery blends heritage with contemporary vision. A tour through the underground cellar and vineyards, followed by a guided tasting of the estate's finest labels, offers a true immersion into one of Piedmont's most distinguished wine dynasties.

Evening

Private Dinner at Einaudi Winery & Property Visit

An exclusive evening awaits amid the vineyards, where dinner is served within the storied walls of the estate — a rare privilege that pairs refined Piedmontese cuisine with the winery's own celebrated labels, beneath the same hills once walked by a President.

Evening

Alternative — Private Dinner at a Restaurant

For a more intimate setting, an alternative private dinner can be arranged at a select local restaurant, showcasing the finest of Langhe's culinary tradition.

03Market, Affinage, Sparkling Hills

Saturday

Morning

Visit to Alba & the Alba Market

Wander through the medieval towers and elegant porticoes of Alba, the undisputed capital of white truffle and one of Piedmont's most refined towns. Its beloved Saturday market is a feast for the senses — cheese, fish, produce, and regional delicacies displayed with unmistakable local pride, offering a genuine glimpse into the everyday soul of the Langhe.

Morning

Giolito Cheese Visit & Tasting

In the historic centre of Bra, four generations of the Giolito family have devoted themselves to the art of cheese affinage since the early 1900s. Step into their atmospheric cellars — home to over a hundred selections, mostly rare raw-milk Piedmontese cheeses — for a guided journey through ageing rooms and a small museum of dairy tradition, concluding with a tasting of exceptional, carefully matured cheeses.

Afternoon

Visit to Monsignore Winery — Vicoforte, Alta Langa

Perched at 600 metres above sea level in Vicoforte, in the little-known Langhe Monregalesi, Monsignore takes its name and its home from an ancient summer residence built by the Bishop of Mondovì — a property the Blengini family has cared for since 1916. In 2014, Giuseppe Blengini, a Milan-based architect, and his wife Roberta, heir to the historic Ceretto winemaking family, chose to plant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on this uncharted terroir, crafting a classic-method Alta Langa DOCG sparkling wine aged 36 months in old oak. The result — released from the 2017 vintage — is elegant and herbaceous, with fine, persistent bubbles; its striking label, commissioned to artist Francesco Clemente, reflects the same spirit of art and vision that shaped the estate itself. A visit here is a discovery of one of Piedmont's most refined and least-trodden sparkling wine addresses.

Evening

Dinner Out (not included)

An evening left free for you to discover, at your own pace, one of the many exceptional restaurants that make the Langhe a true gastronomic destination. Suggestion: Marsupino 1901, in Briaglia. Run by the Marsupino family since 1901 and today led by brothers Matteo and Luca, this Michelin-recognised trattoria (Two Michelin Plates) occupies a beautifully restored former village bakery. The kitchen offers a youthful, confident take on Piedmontese tradition — agnolotti del plin, braised beef in Barolo, and seasonal white truffle among its highlights — paired with a superb, thoughtfully curated wine cellar. A genuine four-generation story of hospitality, and an excellent choice for a memorable evening in the Langhe.

04Truffle, Honey, Farewell

Sunday

Morning

Truffle Hunt & Truffle Tasting

Set off into the woods with an expert trifulau and their trusted dog, following the scent trail in search of Piedmont's most treasured gem — the prized white truffle. The hunt is followed by a relaxed aperitif, where the freshly unearthed truffle takes centre stage, a fitting toast to a tradition as old as the Langhe itself.

Afternoon

Honey and Hazelnut Farm — Visit, Tasting & Workshop

A short walk from the property leads to a working farm nestled among hazelnut groves and beehives, where a guided tour reveals the rhythms of the land — traditional farming practices, the production cycle, and a closer look into the fascinating world of bees. The visit continues into the artisanal workshop and honey-extraction area, where the farm's products take shape, before concluding with a final tasting of its finest creations.
